We provide safe, structured transitional housing and wraparound support for U.S. Military Veterans and formerly incarcerated men. Our program offers case management, employment pathways, and connections to VA and community services so residents can rebuild stability and thrive.
A safe bridge to independent living after service or incarceration
No person utilizing transitional housing should have to exchange trauma with a room-mate. Thats why our model is individual rooms with Private bathrooms, TV, Microwave, and refridgerator. Experience with housing this population shows a dramatic success rate with Mental Health and permanent housing.
